SHIPPING & RETURNS
Nico Made orders are processed and shipped within an estimated 3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays. Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays, new product launches and sales.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class (1-5 business days) or Priority Mail (1-3 business days) for a flat rate of $5. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $40. If your order is time sensitive, please email us for further assistance.
We currently offer international shipping to Canada, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. For all other countries, please email email@example.com for further assistance. International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International.
Please note international orders have extended delivery times and all orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by that country. Nico Made is not associated with these fees and cannot predict what they will be on the receiving end of the shipment. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you love your new Nico Made goods, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange on unused and unopened (in original packaging) items within 30 days of purchase. We will replace items if they are damaged or defected. Used, opened or final sales items cannot be returned or refunded.
Step 1) Email your refund or exchange request to info(at)nicomade.com
Step 2) Please send your order and your packing slip to the below address. Once we receive the return, we will notify you via email and issue a refund on your card, though shipping costs are non-refundable. Gift cards and any items that are purchased at a discounted price or are personalized are final sale. Please note that credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank and credit card company again, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly help.
