RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you love your new Nico Made goods, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange on unused and unopened (in original packaging) items within 30 days of purchase. We will replace items if they are damaged or defective. Used, opened or final sales items cannot be returned or refunded.

Step 2) Please send your order and your packing slip to the below address. Once we receive the return, we will notify you via email and issue a refund on your card, though shipping costs are non-refundable. Gift cards and any items that are purchased at a discounted price or are personalized are final sale.
Please note that credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank and credit card company again, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
